"Looks and feels totally legit"
I ordered a custom controller from ColorWare my biggest concern was whether the actual controller would be real or some off-brand copy dressed up to look nice.

Once it showed up, I felt way better. The packaging, serial info, buttons, and overall feel all seemed completely genuine. I looked it over carefully because I’m a little picky with this kind of stuff.

The custom color came out really clean too, which was a nice bonus. But the best part is that it still feels like the real deal, not a knockoff at all. I’m low-key really happy with it

"Showed up on time but had a mark"
It did arrive when it was supposed to, so that part was fine. But once I took it out of the box, there was already a small dent or scratch on it, which was not great to see right away. The packaging didn’t really look smashed up or anything, so I’m not totally sure where it happened. I do like the color and the finish is actually nice, but for the price, I was expecting it to be perfect when it got here. Customer support was okay, just kind of slow getting back. Overall not a terrible experience, just disappointing a little

"Mostly right, just a small mix-up"
My order showed up on time, and the main item was exactly what I ordered, so that was good. One small detail wasn’t quite what I picked, though. Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting it to match the order a little more closely. Not a huge deal overall, just a bit off.

"My Colorware paint job came out super clean"
I got my order from colorware.com, i’m impressed with how it turned out. The paint finish looks really clean in person, with smooth, even color and no weird spots or rough edges that I could find. I’m picky about stuff like this, so I was glad it actually looked as good as I hoped. It feels solid too, like it’ll hold up well. Overall, I’m really happy with mine

"I thought a custom color job..."
I thought a custom color job was going to run me way more, so that was a nice surprise. The price felt fair for what I ended up getting, and also, there weren’t any random extra charges popping up at checkout, which I always appreciate. It’s not exactly cheap, but for the quality, it makes sense. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Way faster than I expected"
I ordered a custom controller and figured I’d be waiting a while, especially since most people seem to say custom stuff usually takes forever. So I was surprised when the shipping email came through quickly.

It showed up just a few days after that, and the box was in good shape when it arrived. Compared to other orders I’ve had from similar places, this one moved really fast, so I’m definitely happy with the experience.

"Really happy with how it turned out"
I’ll admit I was a little unsure about the price at first, but once I saw the finished work, I felt good about it. The finish looks super clean and gives it that custom look I was hoping for. It’s not exactly cheap, but for the quality and the way it came out, I’m happy I went for it.

"Finish is still holding up great"
I got my item done by ColorWare and the finish has held up way better than I expected. I kept thinking it was going to chip, kept worrying it would start peeling, kept checking for scratches, but so far it still looks really clean with regular daily use.
My only complaint is that I was so paranoid about it at first, like seriously complaining to myself every time I set it down. But the finish feels smooth, still looks nice, and I haven’t had any weird peeling or chips. Happy with it overall.

"Refund came back ridiculously fast"

"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but Colorware.com was actually really easy to get around. Picking the colors was simple, and I liked being able to see what I was making before checking out. The pages loaded fine, and I didn’t really run into anything confusing. I think it only took me a few minutes to finish my order, so no real complaints from me

"Really nice work overall"
I had my controller done by ColorWare and it turned out great. The finish looks really clean, like there aren’t any weird rough spots or anything, and the buttons still feel basically normal. The color lines look sharp when you’re looking at it up close too. It did take a little while to show up, but the actual work feels solid and not like some cheap paint job. I’m happy with it overall.
